Swiss­FEX AG ope­ra­tes an inde­pen­dent mor­tga­ge com­pa­ri­son plat­form for inter­me­dia­ries. We digi­ta­li­ze and sim­pli­fy the mor­tga­ge bro­kera­ge pro­cess and crea­te trans­pa­ren­cy. On our SFX plat­form, inter­me­dia­ries can compa­re mor­tga­ge offers in real time across mul­ti­ple dimen­si­ons and recei­ve sup­port throug­hout the enti­re finan­cing pro­cess.

Our cli­ents are employees of sales orga­niza­ti­ons for insu­rance, finan­cial, and pen­si­on pro­ducts.

To streng­then our team, we are loo­king for a new col­le­ague to join our Com­pe­tence Cen­ter Mor­tga­ges imme­dia­te­ly or by agree­ment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Pro­vi­de pro­fes­sio­nal tele­pho­ne sup­port to our sales part­ners in using our mor­tga­ge bro­kera­ge plat­form
  • Offer expert assis­tance to cli­ent advi­sors in the area of mor­tga­ge finan­cing, inclu­ding spe­cial tran­sac­tions (real estate port­fo­li­os, mixed-use pro­per­ties, invest­ment pro­per­ties, vaca­ti­on homes, etc.)
  • Sup­port sales orga­niza­ti­ons in struc­tu­ring mor­tga­ge requests in accordance with the gui­de­lines of our len­ding part­ners
  • Con­duct qua­li­ty con­trol and assu­rance of all inco­ming mor­tga­ge appli­ca­ti­ons
  • Review and fina­li­ze elec­tro­nic finan­cing dos­siers
  • Col­la­bo­ra­te clo­se­ly with our part­ner len­ders
  • Con­tri­bu­te to the ongo­ing deve­lo­p­ment of the bro­kera­ge plat­form based on our part­ners needs and con­ti­nuous­ly impro­ve our pro­ces­ses

Your profile:

  • Com­ple­ted com­mer­cial app­ren­ti­ce­ship, pre­fer­a­b­ly at a bank
  • Moti­va­ted care­er chan­gers with an inte­rest in mor­tga­ge finan­cing are also wel­co­me
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills in Ger­man and Ita­li­an (French is an advan­ta­ge)
  • Ana­ly­ti­cal thin­king skills and a solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted approach
  • Proac­ti­ve, soci­al­ly com­pe­tent per­so­na­li­ty with a strong sen­se of respon­si­bi­li­ty
  • Relia­ble working style with a high com­mit­ment to ser­vice and qua­li­ty
  • Inte­rest in con­tri­bu­ting to the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of our IT sys­tems
