We digi­ti­ze and sim­pli­fy the mor­tga­ge bro­kera­ge pro­cess and crea­te trans­pa­ren­cy. On our SFX plat­form, bro­kers compa­re mor­tga­ge offers in dif­fe­rent dimen­si­ons in real time and are sup­port­ed throug­hout the enti­re finan­cing pro­cess

Our cli­ents are employees of sales orga­niza­ti­ons for insu­rance, finan­cial and pen­si­on pro­ducts

To streng­then our team, we are loo­king for a col­le­ague for our Com­pe­tence Cen­ter Mor­tga­ges with imme­dia­te effect or by arran­ge­ment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Com­pe­tent tele­pho­ne sup­port for our sales part­ners in the use of our mor­tga­ge bro­kera­ge plat­form
  • Tech­ni­cal sup­port of cli­ent advi­sors in the area of mor­tga­ge finan­cing as well as spe­cial tran­sac­tions (real estate port­fo­li­os, mixed-use pro­per­ties, inco­me pro­per­ties, vaca­ti­on pro­per­ties, etc.)
  • Assist sales orga­niza­ti­ons in struc­tu­ring mor­tga­ge requests accor­ding to our len­ders‘ gui­de­lines
  • Qua­li­ty check and assu­rance of all inco­ming mor­tga­ge requests
  • Con­trol and fina­liza­ti­on of elec­tro­nic finan­cing dos­siers
  • Clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with our affi­lia­ted len­ders
  • Pro­fes­sio­nal fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of the bro­kera­ge plat­form to the needs of our sales part­ners as well as con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of our pro­ces­ses, sys­tems and orga­niza­ti­on

Your requirement profile:

  • Com­ple­ted com­mer­cial trai­ning, pre­fer­a­b­ly at a bank
  • At least two years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence as a cre­dit ana­lyst
  • Sty­lish com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on in Ita­li­an as well as Ger­man or French
  • Flair for ana­ly­ti­cal thin­king and solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted approach to work
  • Initia­ti­ve and soci­al­ly com­pe­tent per­so­na­li­ty with a high level of per­so­nal respon­si­bi­li­ty
  • Relia­ble way of working with distinc­ti­ve ser­vice and qua­li­ty requi­re­ments
  • Plea­su­re in the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of IT sys­tems
