SwissFEX AG is the operator of an independent mortgage comparison platform for intermediaries. We digitize and simplify the mortgage brokerage process and create transparency. On our SFX platform, brokers compare mortgage offers in different dimensions in real time and are supported throughout the entire financing process
Our clients are employees of sales organizations for insurance, financial and pension products
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague for our Competence Center Mortgages with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities:
- Competent telephone support for our sales partners in the use of our mortgage brokerage platform
- Technical support of client advisors in the area of mortgage financing as well as special transactions (real estate portfolios, mixed-use properties, income properties, vacation properties, etc.)
- Assist sales organizations in structuring mortgage requests according to our lenders‘ guidelines
- Quality check and assurance of all incoming mortgage requests
- Control and finalization of electronic financing dossiers
- Close cooperation with our affiliated lenders
- Professional further development of the brokerage platform to the needs of our sales partners as well as continuous improvement of our processes, systems and organization
Your requirement profile:
- Completed commercial training, preferably at a bank
- At least two years of professional experience as a credit analyst
- Stylish communication in Italian as well as German or French
- Flair for analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach to work
- Initiative and socially competent personality with a high level of personal responsibility
- Reliable way of working with distinctive service and quality requirements
- Pleasure in the further development of IT systems
